Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Innercode. They're written to be read, so they're short. If anything is unclear, email privacy@innercode.health.

Innercode is not medical advice

Innercode explains your blood results in the context of your life. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it is not a medical device.

  • Always talk to a doctor before changing medication, supplements, diet or treatment because of something you read in Innercode.
  • Interpretations are generated with the help of AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Your doctor knows things about you that Innercode doesn't.
  • If you feel unwell or think you may have a medical emergency, contact a doctor or call 112 (in the EU). Don't wait for an interpretation.

Who we are

Innercode is a private, non-commercial project run by Camila Klein Rinaldi, built as part of her product management portfolio. Full contact details are in the Impressum.

The private beta

  • Innercode is in private beta. You need an access code to use it, and it's free during the beta.
  • Features will change, and things may occasionally break. We may pause or end the beta; if we end it, we'll tell you in advance so you can download your data.
  • If Innercode ever becomes a paid service, nothing will be charged without you clearly agreeing to it first.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 18 years old to use Innercode.
  • Give accurate information: your interpretation is only as good as the profile and results it's based on.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. Two-factor authentication in Settings helps.
  • Upload only your own results.

Your data stays yours

You own everything you add to Innercode. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download or delete it at any time in Settings.

Fair use

Please don't:

  • try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around our security;
  • overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape it;
  • use Innercode for anything unlawful, or share your beta code publicly.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why.

Liability

We work carefully, but we can't promise that Innercode is always available or error-free, especially during the beta. We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For other cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the damage that was typically foreseeable. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected.

Ending your use

You can stop using Innercode and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end your access with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms.

Changes and applicable law

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and tell you about important changes in advance. German law applies; if you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your country's consumer laws.
